第二届中国研究生国际中文教育案例大赛
National Competition
In October 2025, “New Ideas in Chinese Characters: Creative Practice and Intercultural Interaction in Character Teaching” received Third Prize at the Second National Graduate Case Competition in International Chinese Language Education. Developed by Zhou You, Ding Siqiong, Wu Jianpeng, PHAM QUOC DOANH, and TRAN THANH NGOC LAM under the guidance of Professor Liu Hong, Professor Jing Chai and Professor Qian Liu, the case drew substantially on I Got One.
The learners were invited to become authors of character stories rather than recipients of correction. Chinese students then translated those associations into visual work. The award recognized a classroom willing to listen before it explains.
The national Third Prize gave I Got One’s classroom and community practice formal recognition as a teaching case, making the approach easier for other Chinese language educators to examine, adapt, and test.
