Installation Launch & Intercultural Salon
字圆其说 is invited to set up a permanent installation in the Dongming Community Center to promote intercultural awareness.
An Intercultral Salon was held on the topic of Chinese Chearacter Creativity to celebrate this collaboration. 12 groups of native Chinese kids and their families joined Jing CHAI in a journey of rethinking the native language scripts and reflected on their own practices and experiences of learning the Chinese characters, after being introduced to the perspectives from the non-native speakers.
