It looks like a person lounging on a pool chair. I wish that was ‘me’.

the 3rd stroke almost makes the character seem like a question for example in : 什么 , What?

The character as a simple, basic question mark. Think of the small horizontal line at the top and the diagonal line below it as a stylized way to ask “What?” or “How?”

Looks like sketch of an eye de perfil. You can imagine it looking at the sky, pondering on philosophical questions about one’s identity, or just imagining oneself de perfil, like in moments of derealization.
